Thank you to all who joined us the evening of September 1st for Sun River’s First Annual Farm To Table Dinner gathering! This was a wonderful community event showcasing some of the most delicious food created and brought to location by the talented Colton Soelberg and John Newman chef team at Communal Restaurant and Heirloom Catering. They put together a delicious menu consisting of locally harvested ingredients some of which was provided by Snuck Farms, Allred’s Orchard + Farm and Christensen Farms. We would also like to thank their wonderful catering staff Andrew Hansen and Sam Cannon for doing an exquisite job taking care of all the guests for the evening, along with Communal’s photographer Christine Armbruster for catching all of the memorable moments for the dinner event.
