Workshop Details:

The Kimberly Queen fern is having a moment right now, and rightfully so. It’s dramatic fronds, look divine in large or small spaces, and it’s an easy to care for plant. In this workshop we will be elevating the look of the Kimberly Queen by taking it out of it’s pot and wrapping it into a moss ball or Kokedama — a bonsai tradition from Japan. When completed Kokedama’s are easy to care for and make beautiful additions to any home. Also included in this workshop is a terra-cotta saucer that each attendee can leave in it’s original format or we’ve selected some white paint if you would like to give it a nice whitewash finish. The saucer allows the Kokedama to be displayed on tables, countertops, shelves or anywhere you would like. All supplies and materials are included in the cost of the workshop and we’ll teach best care practices for the care and upkeep of your new string garden.
