Gather with us on August 6th as we set the table at Sun River Gardens with our guest speaker Nancy Nielson as she shares with you some of her tastiest ideas and recipes! Enjoy delicious sights, smells and tastes that have been harvested straight from the garden with -salads, entrees, sauces, marinades, and desserts. “We’ll do the cooking, you do the tasting.” A cookbook of Farm to Table recipes is included in the cost of the class.
About Our Guest Speaker: Kerry and Nancy Nielson’s garden is in Lindon, Utah. They have long subscribed to the philosophies embraced by the Slow Food movement, the Eat Clean and Live movement, and the How to Save Money and Eat From Your Garden for 5-6 Months movement (both of which were created and founded by the Nielson’s).
