Workshop Instructor:

Tonya LeMone

Workshop Details:

Join us for this fun summertime living arrangement workshop! In this workshop we will be elevating the look of a trio of plants by taking them out of their pots and wrapping them into a moss ball or Kokedama — a bonsai tradition from Japan.  When completed Kokedama’s are easy to care for and make beautiful additions to any home or outside space. Each arrangement will be embelished with moss spheres (created by you!) and layers of river rock for added texture.  The completed look will then be followed up by laying the Kokedamas into an aged terra-cotta bowl which can be displayed on tables, countertops, shelves or anywhere you would like. All supplies and materials are included in the cost of the workshop and we’ll teach best care practices for the care and upkeep of your new string garden.
