Back by popular demand! Want to learn how to make authentic Mexican salsas from your home-grown garden? Come learn the art of salsa making with, Irma Lopez! In this class, you will have access to a large variety of salsa recipes (Green Tomatillo Enchilada Salsa and Melon Salsa, just to name a few…), get to sample all of Irma’s salsas (plus take home 2 of her homemade pints), and then also learn how to incorporate ordinary garden ingredients into your daily cooking in a variety of ways, straight from the heart of Mexico right onto your table!
