Join us as we gather in the greenhouse for a special demonstration and hands-on tutorial learning the tips and tricks on how to make your own artisanal sourdough bread! In this class, you will make and take home your starter, “feed” it for a few days and then use it to make lovely boules of delicious sourdough bread. —all possible in a home oven. We’ll talk about the benefits of using a sourdough levan, the tools you might want to acquire, and enjoy the all-important samples provided by guest speaker Nancy Nielson.

$45 — All supplies/materials are included in the cost of the workshop. This includes discussion, a sourdough starter kit, samples, and a syllabus (complete with step by step photographs.)
